At Tealia, we take pride in delivering premium artisan teas crafted in Ceylon. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging with all tags intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@tealiateas.com.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping
  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@tealiateas.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (including tea once opened)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items
  • Sale items or gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before requesting a return.


Exchanges

To ensure the fastest service, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item after your return has been approved.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.

Returned items must still meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
